Disabled Facilities
Belfast Airport provides assistance to disabled passengers, and those with special needs.
Facilities available include:
Lifts
- Lifts throughout the terminal are suitable for disabled passengers.
Toilets
- Wheelchair accessible toilets are installed throughout the terminal.
Ambi-Lift
- An Ambi-lift available to provide access to and from the aircraft for passengers with
Accessibility and Communication
- Low level kerbs are found at the front of the building for easy drop off and pick up.
- The Assistance desk is situtated at the left hand side of the Check-in hall
- A range of low level public telephones are situated throughout the terminal.
Assistance
- 24 hour helplines are situated throughout the terminal building and are identified by yellow signage.
- Passengers requiring assistance should contact any member of airport staff, who will be pleased to help.
There are various facilities available to passengers with disabilities at all Belfast Airport car parks. Please check with the individual car parks upon booking. There are two car parks only a couple of minutes from the terminal building, making your Belfast Airport parking as convenient as possible. The Long Term car park is also available, which is within walking distance of the terminal building. A meet and greet service can be arranged by the operators of the Long Term Car park. Please contact them after booking.
